Dear Community Members,

Dear Community Members,

I hope this message finds everyone well. It is with a mix of gratitude and nostalgia that I write to announce my retirement from my position as Social Worker with the Jewish Federation. December 31 was my last day, and as I go into another phase of my life, I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for the time I spent working with the Jewish community.

Having been the community social worker with Jewish Family Services will be one of the most memorable experiences of my life. Together, we navigated challenges, celebrated milestones, and created meaningful connections. Every interaction reinforced my belief in the strength and resilience of our community, and I am honored to have been a part of it. I have been privileged to support many individuals and families throughout my career here. Each story, each struggle, and each success has left an indelible mark on my heart.

While I look forward to the new adventures that retirement will bring, I will dearly miss the relationships I have built and the important work we all accomplished together. Although I am stepping back from my social work role, I will continue to be an active member of this community. I look forward to seeing all of you at events and gatherings. Together, we will continue to foster a supportive and nurturing environment that uplifts everyone. I encourage the social workers in our community to review the job description and consider this opportunity to work within our Jewish community.

Thank you once again for the incredible journey we’ve shared. I am deeply grateful for your trust, support, and friendship over the years. With warmest regards and best wishes for the future,

Diane Weber, Social Worker, Jewish Federation
