Willie brings a wealth of Jewish communal and development experience, including positions with the Allied Jewish Federation of Colorado and Keshet. His most recent position was as Development Officer at Pacific McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento. Willie also served as a Major Gifts Officer & Women's Philanthropy at Federation. The Colorado native worked directly with the Chief Executive Officer, Federation senior leadership, and Major Gift donors to empower Jewish philanthropy and to raise more than $10 million. Willie also helped to secure supplemental funding to begin PJ Library and Sharsheret, a national not-for-profit organization supporting young women and their families, of all Jewish backgrounds facing breast cancer, as well as additional funding for a community Taglit-Birthright bus. He also served as the professional contact for NWP Board Members and lay leadership, which represents more than $180 million nationally.

Melanie is a fifth-generation native Californian having grown up in the Bay Area and lived for the past ten years’ in Europe - most recently in London. She was formerly Director of Communications for Social Enterprise UK (a global leader in the growing social enterprise movement) and also Director of Communications for The UK Fashion & Textile Association. In 2010, she founded mellie j showroom - a fashion agency based in California known for their discerning expertise in sourcing European fashion design for introduction to the United States. Melanie is a member of The City of London Company of Public Relations Practitioners as well as a Fellow of the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (RSA), which is a London-based British organisation committed to finding practical solutions to social challenges. She is a graduate of the American Conservatory Theater's (ACT) MFA Program in San Francisco and the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in Los Angeles as well as a member of Actors’ Equity Association.
Adelita Dizdarevic – Development and Programs Manager

Adelita has more than a decade of experience in a non-profit environment, working both for Jewish Family Service of Silicon Valley and Community Link. She has a strong professional background in all aspects of office administration. Adelita holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and Human Resource Management Certificate from California State University, Sacramento.
Rebecca Ray, MSW – Community Social Worker
Rebecca is a social worker with previous experience working in a Jewish nursing home in Western Massachusetts where her primary responsibility was ensuring the residents’ psychosocial well-being. She also has experience working with families with issues such as loss of independence, death of a loved one, and dementia. Rebecca has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and a Master’s in Social Work from Springfield College. Rebecca and her family moved to Sacramento in 2015 from upstate New York.

Rikki has a long history of community service and activism. She has devoted her time to volunteering with both The American Cancer Society and Resolve - The National Infertility Association. She also had a career as the owner/operator of her own window treatment franchise. Rikki is active in the Shalom School PTF, as well as with several youth activities at her shul. She has a degree in Jewelry Design from The Fashion Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Art History from The State University of New York at New Paltz. Originally from Long Island, NY, Rikki and her husband moved to Sacramento in 2011. Their daughter, Rose, was born in 2013.
Deborah Meltzer - Leisure League Coordinator

Deborah has expertise in senior care, project management, education, and writing. She has worked with seniors, adults, and children in a variety of educational and human services settings, including managing the care of seniors with brain injury and Alzheimer's. She also worked as a senior technical writer for nine years, and has written screenplays, a travel vignette series, and a published article on the national prison hospice movement. Deborah has volunteered for a number of non-profit organizations and is deeply committed to a number of causes. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities, majoring in creative writing, and hopes to attain her Master's degree in Counseling Psychology.
