5. How can I buy tickets for individual films, day passes, or the full festival pass?
Crest Theater Box Office, 1013 K Street, Sacramento
Crest Theater Website www.crestsacramento.com
Contact the Crest Theater at 877-987-6487
Tickets purchased on line or by phone are subject to convenience fees and service fees.

6. Will people who buy day Passes or Festival Passes get individual movie tickets, or do they just need to show the pass at the door?
People who buy a day pass or a festival pass will receive a ticket or receipt, if purchased online, clearly marked as a day pass or festival pass. Bring that ticket to the information table inside the lobby to exchange it for a wristband for day passes or a lanyard for festival passes. Between films, you will be asked to show ushers your wristband or lanyard.

7. Are group tickets available for the film festival?
Yes. Groups of ten or more people can purchase group tickets to individual film themes, day passes, or festival passes. Group ticket rates are the same as Friend of the Festival rates.

Group tickets must be purchased in advance. They will not be available during the days of the festival.

8. When is the Crest Theater box office open?
The Crest Box Office is open from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM, Monday to Friday, and approximately 90 minutes before any show that is taking place at the theater.

9. How can I become a Friend of the Festival and what are the benefits?
Friends of the Festival are sponsors of the Sacramento Jewish Film Festival. The annual membership for the Friends of the Festival is $36. You can mail a check, payable to the Jewish Federation, to 2130 21st Street, Sacramento, CA 95818, or purchase your membership on line http://www.jewishsac.org/sjff.

Friends of the Festival receive discounts on tickets and festival passes throughout the calendar year for both the Jewish Film Festival and the French Film Festival, free attendance at Jewish Film Festival receptions, and mention in the festival program. To buy discounted tickets at the Crest Theater website, friends of the festival will need to use a promo code.

10. How do Friends of the Festival obtain the promo code needed to buy discounted tickets?
There is a promo code that needs to be used to access discounted tickets on the Crest website. If you purchase a Friends of the Festival membership online, your emailed receipt will contain the promo code. If you mail a check to the Federation, you will receive the code by email or regular mail. At the box office, bring your receipt to show you are a festival member. We intend to print membership cards in the near future.

11. Will there be reserved seats at the Crest Theater?
No, there are no reserved seats, but the Crest can accommodate 937 people so there should be an adequate number of seats. We did sell out the Bombshell movie at the 2018 festival, but that was the first time we ever sold out the Crest Theatre.

12. Is there a section available for persons with wheel chairs?
Yes. The ushers can direct you to this section once you are in the lobby.

13. Does the Crest have assisted listening devices?
Yes, but they only have six (6) assisted listening devices available. Please let the Federation know if you will need one and we will make sure they are available and ready. If need be, we will make every effort to obtain more devices.

14. Will there be any accommodations for deaf and hard-of-hearing film goers?
Six of the nine feature films and four of the five short films we are presenting have English subtitles.

15. How do I get to the Crest Theater?
From the East:  Take I-80W toward Sacramento. Merge to I-80W Business.  Merge to CA-160. Turn right into L Street. Turn right onto 10th Street. The garage will be on right.
From the West: Take I-80E toward Sacramento. Merge to I-80E Business. Take 5th Street Exit (Exit 4B). Proceed straight along the freeway until 10th Street. Turn left onto the 10th Street.  The garage will be on your right after crossing L Street.
From South and North: Take I-5 toward Sacramento. Take J Street exit toward Downtown (exit 519B). Turn right on 12th Street, turn right onto L Street, and right again onto 10th Street. The garage will be on your right.

For a map, visit https://www.crestsacramento.com/parking-and-directions/.

16. Where do I park?
Use the parking garage at 10th and “L” Streets. The entrance is on 10th Street, just north of “L” Street. Take your parking ticket with you as you will need to pay before you return to your car. After 5 PM on weekdays and all day on weekends, parking is only $5, but there are no in and out privileges. However, if there is an event scheduled at Golden 1 Arena, there is only pre-paid parking which is typically $10 or $15, with no Crest validation available. Alternatively, use the lot on 10th Street between “I” and “J” Streets. After 5 PM on weekdays and all day on weekends, usually parking is only $5, but there are no in and out privileges. Check with the City of Sacramento for more details on parking in their lots. http://www.cityofsacramento.org/Public-Works/Parking-Services/Lots-and-Garages/Rates

17. Does the Crest validate parking and for how long?
The Crest will provide a $5 voucher for the 10th and “L” parking lot which can be scanned at the parking lot kiosk for credit. However, if there is an event at the Golden 1 Arena that coincides with the time of any of our films, there is a fixed price at the 10th & “L” parking lot. It is usually $10 or $15, which is paid in advance, but it could be higher. As a result, no parking voucher can be offered on those days. On Sunday, there is free street parking. As of this writing, there is an event scheduled at Golden 1 on March 7, so no reimbursement can be provided by the Crest on Thursday. So far, no events are scheduled at the Golden1 Arena on March 9 and March 10.

18. How can I help the Jewish Film Festival?
