Caregiver Support Group

Open to spouses, family members, and friends who are acting as caregivers for a loved one. The group has an emphasis on those providing care to their aging parents and provides a warm environment in which participants receive support and strategies to address the unique needs and stresses of caregiving. Shabbat Shalom Sacramento

We Love Volunteers! The Jewish Federation of the Sacramento Region is looking for volunteers to help with our monthly Shabbat Shalom Sacramento Program. Once a month, we go to a senior living center and provide a small Shabbat service for the residence. We provide the materials and you provide the fellowship. PJ In Your PJs

Join us at the Federation for a PJ Library Pajama Party! Meet other PJ families and enjoy play time, crafts and story time. We will end the evening with milk and cookies. Wearing pajamas is encouraged. Please bring kosher, non-perishable goods to help stock the Kosher Food Pantry. RSVP is not required, but helps with our planning.

Come bring the little ones and meet other PJ parents and PJ youngsters. We will enjoy crafts and story time. While the kids run around, enjoy the opportunity for parent-to-parent connections. Enrollment in PJ Library not required for attendance. This group meets every Tuesday (unless the Federation building is closed).

Ages 4 and up, all children must be potty trained.Must pre-register by November 8th. Limited space. $15 for the first child. $10 for each additional sibling.

YAD Events

The mission of YAD is to provide all adults in their 20's and 30's with opportunities and on-ramps for engagement through programming, connections, and by making the Sacramento region an inclusive, meaningful and vibrant place to be Jewish.
